Instruction manual

First Edition (Revised on April, 2016)

Immunogen: Recombinant protein
Immunoglobulin Type: IgG
Purification: Affinity Chromatography
Traits: Liquid
Concentration: 200µg/mL
UOM: 100µg
Applications: Loading Control of WB

Proteins expressed by specific housekeeping genes are commonly used as loading controls. Normally, these proteins are expressed at relatively constant levels in specific cells and tissues under most non-pathological conditions. Therefore, they are usually used as the reference to evaluate the consistency of loading samples and experimental operation in Western Blot.

Western blotting: 0.5-2ug/ml
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Form & Buffer: Supplied as solution form in PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.02% NaN3, 50% glycerol.

Store at 4oC for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
