Instant ELISA Kit, Just 1 Hour for Operation

Currenlty, there are two kinds of ELISA kits for target protein detection on the market, one of them uses double antibody sandwich method, and the other one uses competitive inhibition method. In the operation processes, both of these two ELISA kits need about 3 to 5 hours, various kinds of reagents preparation, and many steps and incubations. So, these factors will lead to higher posibility of error and pollution, and consequently, the experiment requires higher demand of skills for researchers.

In order to increase the experimental efficiency, and decrease potential error, we had developed a series of instant ELISA kits. This kind of kits applied antibodies which are more sensitive than the ones used in regular kits. Therefore, the sensitivity of these kits are higher than regular kits, and they can recognize target molecules in a very shot time. Take S100B detection kit for example, the detecion range and detection data of the same samples got by the regular kit (SEA567Hu) and the instant kit (IEA567Hu) are shown in Fig.1.

From the above data, it is shown that comparing with SEA567Hu, IEA567Hu is more sensitive, and the data got by IEA567Hu is the same with the data got by SEA567Hu. Moreover, the time for detection of 88 samples by SEA567Hu could be used for detection of 352 samples by IEA567Hu. So, the instant kit can help researchers to increase experimental efficiency dramatically.
