Hep3B

Hep-3B is a human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line that is commonly used in research studies focused on liver cancer. This cell line was derived from  liver tissue derived from an 8-year-old, Black youth with liver cancer. Hep-3B cells are known to form tumors in vivo and exhibit characteristics of liver cancer, making them a valuable tool for studying the disease.
